We had several near-slug experiences on Purisima Creek Trail ... like this one, where we encountered a beast whom I quickly dubbed Banana Slug Prime.The conversation went something like this:
Lauren: A slug!
Hawk: Mmmmm. Hungry.
Will: I for one welcome our new slug overlords.
In addition to hiking with Hawk and Lauren, I also got to meet Hawk's friends Bart, Liz, and Amy, and Lauren's friend Jennifer. What a fun day!
